About our Client - Our client is a Leading Financial Services Firm with full suite of financial product offering to their clients across the globe. In order to accentuate the growth within the business, the client is looking for AVP - Management Reporting for their setup in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of MI and leading a team of professionals, your key responsibilities would include the following:

- Lead and manage the MI team taking care of review and validation of consolidated Statutory / Management information (both quantitative & qualitative) for the group

- Timely and accurate MI produced with minimal queries against required deadlines

- Preparation of Performance Packs, Trend Analysis, Variation Analysis, budgeting and forecasting

- Designing & analyzing reports as per the requirements set by the business partners in a timely & accurate manner

- Effective co-ordination between various Regional and Global MI teams

- Establish and maintain effective relationship with business areas and identify areas of service improvements

- Lead, co-ordinate and support Re-engineering initiatives

- Lead, motivate and manage a team of finance professionals

The Successful Candidate - You are a Qualified Accountant (Batches '03 / '04 / '05) with experience in management reporting from a financial services setup. Good working knowledge of Banking Products and strong interpersonal and team-working skills and the ability to communicate at all levels are a must.
