What will you be doing?
Management Information :
Professional experience and passion to further excel in broadly understand BI, including: business & client requirements, business analysis, data visualization, databases, data integration, ETL, advanced analytics, big data
Maintain, deliver and make periodic refinements to reporting overlay (e.g reporting template or dashboard)
Cater and deliver all MI types needs for CRES and LS (e.g CRM MI, Service mgmt MI, Operations MI and Location Strategy MI)
Continuously improve dashboard reports based on changing cost needs
Prepare and deliver a centralised and industrialised Management Information reports to handle all scheduled and unscheduled MI reporting needs of CRES and LS across pillars
Work closely with Global business stakeholders and support their relationship and commitments to customers
Should possess analytical skills with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues.
Strong analytical mind-set with an ability to interpret, visualize and tell the story behind the data
Able to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner, also under time pressure
Assurance:
Ensure to provide assurance that data management and reporting are conducted in a robust and compliant manner
Participate in/coordinate any audit of CRES and Location Strategy supplier management, performing self-assessments in liaison with CCO and drawing in other areas as appropriate
Scope:
The role covers all types of supplier engagements and management information delivery relating to CRES and Location Strategy in general and to Business Engagement and Portfolio Execution pillar- either in terms of reviewing and finalising MI reports and refinement of reporting process
Size - all scheduled and unscheduled management information reports, business case development and strategy formulation. Development of dashboards, project plan, governance and driving the transformation agenda
Complexity - Role spans multiple pillars and geographies dealing with retrieval and manages delivery of high impact senior level and customer MI reports

- Technically strong in Excel, VBA, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx and knowledge of Data Science Skills is an advantage
Academic / professional qualifications and Technical Skill:
- 8+ years' relevant experience in a business analyst /BI position
- MBA equivalent with sufficient post graduate qualification experience
- Technically strong in Excel , VBA, SQL , Tableau , Alteryx and knowledge of Data Science Skills
