Job Title: AVP Marketplace (People from Content creation experience and educational field may only apply.

Requirements :
The role holder will be responsible for acquiring and improving our marketplace KPIs. In addition, collaborate with stakeholders, examples, teams generating revenue, compliances, timely settlements, conformity to PII and driving operational excellence.

Core responsibilities :
- Lead, Nurture, Educates & Inspire marketplace operations team to flawlessly implement the business
- Monitor and improve KPIs (Service, Deliveries, Order Book Health, Cost to Serve, Quality, Coverage) to ensure team performance against aligned targets
- Work with Marketplace Head to align on plans for the account ensuring financial needs of the marketplace are met
- Partner cross-functionally, build and maintain strong/close relationships within EdCast - Sales, Content, Analytics, Planning, Compliance and Finance) and outside of Marketplace (Buyers, Sellers etc.) to flawlessly execute the business, product launches, key initiatives
- Support joint operational & order management capabilities with partners to drive mutual growth, profitability & productivity
- Influence the complete supply chain process from planning, distribution, systems integration, operations, compliance and financials
