Position Title: AVP - Marketing (Corporate Role)
KPI's
- To oversee all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy.
- Designing, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response plus radio and television spots needed for broadcast campaigns.
- Website maintenance, social media participation and trade show exhibitions represent additional tasks supervised.
- Staying informed about marketing trends and monitoring industry changes.
- Refine overall brand positioning, USP and create brand guidelines.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities
- Supervising the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications
- To keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
- Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
- Create brand architecture and sub-brands defining their USP's and positioning in line with the overall positioning. Create sub-brand guidelines and guiding principles.
- Define Target Markets
- Design relevant marketing strategy.
Person should be working with top brands and Heading Marketing function.
Qualification: Full time MBA
Work Experience: 10-15 years (Post MBA)
