Key Responsibilities
1. Be an anchor for our product marketing efforts, with a focus on product & feature messaging
2. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, product and sales teams to identify and execute high impact growth initiatives
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate and engaging content
4. Drive the vision of how we communicate simply and effectively across all channels
5. Ideate and seamlessly execute the production of all product marketing content (e.g. case studies, sales enablement materials, product videos, web and email copy, competitive differentiation, white papers) communicating the unique capabilities of our platform in customer language
6. Leverage data to understand our products, user journeys, and identify areas of opportunity
7. Primary liaison with Strategic Territory sales representatives and their sales manager for a targeted portfolio of accounts
8. Drive account specific marketing planning aligned to sales strategies to prioritize thematic campaigns to clusters of accounts within the target account portfolio
9. Proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate and prioritize marketing campaigns and associated sales cadence activities to support the thematic campaigns
10. Maintain accurate and actionable understanding of accounts within your portfolio and action plans for additional account insights or contact data quality
11. Produce content marketing collaterals such as industry articles, press-releases, product landing page-content, company update-articles, help guides, etc. for various outreach channels like website, third-party publications, and social media platforms to educate the target audience about the organization and our product
12. Work on distributing content on specific channels to capture the reader's attention and divert them to the landing pages
13. Analyse the performance of content and suggest improvements in the respective initiatives
Desired skills and experience
1. 5-7 years of professional marketing experience
2. Preferably a Mass Communication graduate or MBA in Marketing
3. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
4. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
5. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy
6. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
