Job Description:

- Develop marketing strategy for the brand.

- Ensure timely execution of the marketing strategy.

- Role will require the candidate to have deep knowledge and execution capabilities of digital, traditional, OTL and BTL marketing plans.

- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Identify potential partnerships and collaborations for the brand.

- Manage and continue to build the marketing team for the brand.

- Measure and optimize marketing efforts. Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations to on areas for optimization.

- Stay up to date with marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead of the competition.

- Develop a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels and platforms.

- Establish and maintain scalable marketing processes to ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.

- Develop strategy for allocation of marketing budgets and media spends.

- Execute and coordinate rollout of overall marketing and media spends.

Key Skills:

- Understanding of local fashion industry and international fashion trends.

- 5+ years experience in marketing - traditional and digital.

- Experience in content creation.

- Experience of working with a startup.

- Experience in team building and management.

- Past experiences in building audiences - either online or offline

- A dual minded approach - Creative thought process coupled with strong analytical and decision making skills.

- Experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting results.

Experience : 5+ years experience in marketing - traditional and digital.

Qualification : Graduation / Masters in Marketing

Target Industries : Web Based Companies

Most Important Thing : Understanding of local fashion industry and international fashion trends.

Past experiences in building audiences - either online or offline.

Experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting results.

Preferred Companies:

Having worked at Uber, Zomato, Housing.com, Ola Cabs, Hungama, Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart, Quikr, Pepperfry, OLX and similar Companies.

Good Command over Communication : Mandatory

Salary (Min & Max) : 8 - 12 LPA

Working hours/Days : 9 AM - 6 PM/6 Days.
