About our Client - Our client is a global consulting firm with a niche focus on Banking and financial services firms - largely Banks. They have established themselves as a niche player in the consulting world - providing services in the Analytics domain to their large set of clients across domains like - corporate banking, investment banking, consumer banking etc. With the setup based in Mumbai and the backing of a fortune 100 conglomerate, they are looking to expand their Market research analytics business by identifying someone who could lead from the front.

Job Description - Reporting to the VP - Analytics, you will be responsible for:

- Heading up the operations for Market Research Analytics for a large consulting firm

- Designing and managing primary market research studies;

- Analyzing and interpreting results and recommending decisions

- Proficiency in market research analytical techniques and questionnaire writing, product concept testing, customer satisfaction/loyalty, and segmentation studies

- Conducting multivariate statistical analysis using statistical software (e.g., SPSS), Product concept testing, customer satisfaction/loyalty, and segmentation studies

- Designing and managing primary market research studies; analyzing and interpreting results and recommending decisions

The Successful Candidate - As a successfull applicant, you have Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Technology with a bent towards Marketing. You have 8 - 10 years of experience in the Market Research analytics domain post your qualification. You are strong with Conjoint Analysis/ loyalty/ segmentation and have preferably worked in handling Clients independently in addition to handling P &L. You have strong exposure in the Banking Domain (Retail/ Investment/ Institutional).
