AVP/Manager - Marketing Intelligence
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert of marketing channel business intelligence
- Shape business questions/processes into solid data use cases
- Collaborate with key marketing stakeholders to develop and optimize reporting solutions / processes to streamline data collection and analysis
- Work with technology teams to define data strategy and build data models, including data lineage and governance exercises
- Enhance data literacy across the organization, partnering with Marketing stakeholders to deliver timely, prescriptive, and actionable insights that inform decision-making processes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Masters in business analytics, data science or related fields. Relevant experience in roles within data visualization & marketing analytics for asset management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with coding experience (Python, Pyspark and SQL) and data visualization tools like Qilk Sense
- Experience in digital/marketing analytics preferred. Digital, social media, web, and marketing analytics mindset
- Experience developing KPIs. Comfort in working flexibly and iteratively with large sets of data
- Comfort working in agile product teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, requirements and timelines by utilizing problem-solving skills
- Proactive communications and positive attitude to manage stakeholder satisfaction
