Role: Manager - Market Risk, Broking Level : AVP Reporting to: VP, Broking Operations. Experience : 8-10 years work experience in Broking market risk management. Product Knowledge - NSE,BSE Cash &amp; Equity Derivatives, Margin trading (MTF), Physical settlement in derivatives. System Knowledge - Should have experience in NEST trader only. Primary Responsibilities : - In depth understanding of market risk of securities markets and knowledge of regulatory (NSE/BSE &amp; SEBI) requirements. - Excellent experience in NEST trader system (atleast last 5 years) - In depth understand of interface of Risk systems with back office systems. - Handle RMS daily, monthly activities. - In depth product knowledge of Cash &amp; Equity Derivatives, Margin trading (MTF), Physical settlement in derivatives. - Aware of the latest compliance and regulatory requirements at RMS level. (ASM &amp; GSM, upfront margin collection &amp; reporting, pledge &amp; repledge of shares) - Should be able to manage all limits at exchange and clearing member level. - Ability to understand, track and implement regulatory changes. Keeps himself updated with the latest exchange; SEBI circulars &amp; implement them if required. - Co-ordinating and providing data &amp; MIS with finance team, auditors. - Co-ordinate with back office vendor for new requirements, UAT. - The role holder will be required to establish and document operating procedures which include key mitigating controls to meet the Group and local policy requirements. - The role holder will interact regularly with teams of Front Office (Wealth Managers &amp; Customer Service representatives), Legal &amp; Compliance team, Operations team, Auditors (including Internal auditors, Concurrent auditors, etc.), Product &amp; Services team, etc.
