AVP/Manager - Direct Origination - NFS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager with a strong background in the finance sector to lead the evaluation and onboarding of NBFCs, fintech, and platform entities for our partnership business. This role involves multifaceted responsibilities, including:

- Managing the integration of new products, technologies, and processes related to partnership initiatives.

- Demonstrating a deep understanding of risk management and compliance within the business.

- Conducting client visits to assess ground-level operations, processes, client base, risks, and market dynamics.

- Developing and nurturing professional networks while staying updated on policy, regulatory changes, and sector developments.

Minimum Experience:

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the financial sector preferably in the banking /non-banking finance sector

- Experience in handling portfolio of MSME/Mid corporate, PL, consumer segment

- Worked on product development and process set up for new business units/ verticals

Skills Required:

- Adaptable, confident, reliable and motivated graduates with strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure

- Ability to multi-task and deliver qualitative outputs consistently at short deadlines
