At least 6+ years of Analytical Leadership Experience focused primarily in digital analytics in online retail, travel or banking/finance.
Tools & Techniques Required: Adobe Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Omniture, Radian 6, Unica, Webtrends, A/B testing, Multivariate testing
Experience in web analytics, digital analytics, campaign management and tracking (online & offine) using Unica, Sales/Funnel analysis, revenue optimization, social media analytics.
A relevant first degree in either Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science or any quantitative area or MBA (with quantitative background). A Masters in a related discipline would be of value.
Experience of solutions involving DMP's, DSP's, and accessing data from tools such as Omniture, Webtrends, Celebrus.
Good knowledge of data modeling and predictive analytics concepts is required and programming experience using one or more data modeling tools (SAS, R, SPSS) is preferred.
Proven ability to deliver web based business solutions utilizing large datasets (volume - transaction data).
