1) Understanding of Debt Syndication/ Loan Syndication process (Corporate Finance/ Corporate Lending function under Investment Banking Consultancy).

2) Basic understanding of Equity Advisory.

3) Liaisoning experience at the entry level of Banks/ FIs/ NBFCs, etc.

4) Client/ Customer handling.

5) Paper Work- Board Note, Proposal Note, CAM, Synopsis, Teaser, Draft Project Report Preparation, etc.

6) Financial Workings- CMA, Cash Flow, Fund Flow Preparation, Ratio Analysis, Basic Financial Modelling for Project Loan/ Working Capital Proposal, etc.

7) Acumen, Ability, Aptitude, Sincerity and Attitude towards closing and bridging the transactions on end-to-end basis shall be the key wherein an entrepreneurial character shall be a "most-welcome".
