AVP/Manager - Corporate Credit - Wholesale Banking Business

AVP/Manager - Corporate Credit (Females only)

Evaluation & appraisal of complex credit applications / Enterprise Valuations within specified thresholds for Wholesale Banking businesses (CMB / GBM) in the United States ensuring adherence to appropriate credit standards in line with Risk policy & guidelines

Deliver a high quality output within SLAs :

- Strict adherence and maintenance of appropriate credit standards in the recommendation / approval and control of lending

- Participate in maintaining a stable lending portfolio within Group and Wholesale Banking policy objectives

- Provide support to VP / Onshore Project Manager in the expansion & management of the centralized credit approval unit for HBUS

- Actively assist in recruitment and training of the team

- Design & implementation of operating procedures in line with core tasks and responsibilities

- Liaison with onshore WMR and respective business areas on quality and volume of workflow

- Manage relationships with various stakeholders

- Coordination with local & onshore support functions for infrastructural and HR related issues

- Management of the workflow within the team to ensure efficient operation of the unit

- Development & generation of MI to monitor quality / quantity of outputs

- Performance management and employee engagement

- Ensure business continuity and stability

- Participate in the CoE & local SD management activities
