AVP/Manager - Business Analyst - Transformation

We are hiring for Business Analyst for HSBC for Bangalore Location.

- The Transformation Business Analyst is required to provide business analysis support to elaborate and document the business deliverables on regulatory projects related to Traded Risk.

- We are looking for high performing and highly technically skilled Business Analysts to support QIS and validation activities.

- The Business Analyst should posses detailed knowledge and experience in:

- VaR methodologies - HistSim and VcV

- Market and counterparty credit risk sensitivities

- VaR backtesting and P&L attribution

Counterparty credit risk exposure modelling and CVA

Securities and derivative products and the market and counterparty credit risk associated with these products.

The candidate should have over Good experience working in either Trade Risk (Management or Control) or Traded Risk Change and Transformation Teams

- (as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.) In addition, the candidate should have good experience in software development or process change projects and therefore be well versed with different kind of artefacts that are produced by the BA.

- Candidates who have fully read, understood and analysed regulatory documents (e.g. BCBS rules, instructions and consultations) are highly desired. This also applies to candidates with certifications in CFA and CQF.
