AVP - Management Reporting

Exp - 8+ years

Qualification - Chartered Accountant (Preferred) & MBA

Job Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in a large bank and having dealt with various clients.

- Strong excel and data mining skills

- Must have experience of working in a shared services offshore centre.

- Should have project management experience

- Understanding of Investment banking month end closing process is an added advantage

- Well versed with "headcount governance procedures".

- Monitor Book of work for new migrations

- "Migration Governance"

- Business Development / Offshoring Strategy

- Work as a strategic independent partner to Service Delivery Work-stream.

- Performance Review / Governance

- Root cause analysis / Issue resolution & escalation
