Role - AVP Management Consulting ( Strategy & Operations) for EPC / Infrastructure / Industrial Equipment Sector
Location :- Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
Main Purpose of Job
The Individual is responsible for ensuring a smooth Sales and Operations Planning process for client in the EPC / Infrastructure / Industrial Equipment Sector . Will ensures the demand Planning, Production Planning, Replenishment and Material Planning are in sync to maximize revenues and Optimize Cost, and drive superior Order Fulfillment and Availability
Key Deliverables:
Stakeholder alignment, Commit Availability, Set-up and maintenance of all S&OP parameters, tools, templates, processes for Pan India operations
Adherence to timelines for S&OP meetings
Conduct National Consensus meetings, Drive Fact based decisions
Lead SCM Organization in the region from front
Collaborate and work with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Production and SCM team
Look at opportunities to drive productivity and balance demand - Supply
Drive the SCM KPIs in the region
Gain insights into business /sales and look for opportunities to drive sales by right availability at optimized cost
Drive consensus through alignment & communicate region's signed off number
Manage and Contain Escalations
Key Internal Stakeholders
Regional Sales team, regional supply planning, regional customer marketing, regional finance
Key Experience requirement
MBA- Ops/SCM from premier institutes
8-12 years in EPC / Infrastructure / Industrial Equipment Sector from Consulting Organisations / BIG 4
Managing Supply & Demand Planning, at Regional level
Measurements/Performance Indicators
Fill Rates, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turns, Days of Stock, Adherence to Plan, Minimize write offs, Sustainability scores
