Job Description: Reporting in to the VP-and Head Loss Forecasting, the role will involve the following broad aspects:

- Lead the team to conceptualize, develop and implement best in class provisioning methodology across the globe

- Developing a suite of IFRS 9 Provisioning Models for a Range of Portfolios

- Ensuring appropriate standards are followed for Model Development and Governance

- Coaching and Mentoring technical Analysts within the Modeling Team

- Partnering with Business Stakeholders across functions in monitoring key Analytical capabilities to achieve value

- Influence and negotiate across all levels to ensure the Business objectives are met in a large organizational context

The Successful Candidate: As the successful candidate, you will:

- Be a Qualified MBA - Finance, CA, or PhD in a Quantitative Discipline

- Have 8+ Years of experience in Business Analytics in the BFSI space

- Understand IFRS 9 and/or other Accounting and Provisioning Standards (Added Advantage)

- Demonstrate a proven leadership experience in dynamic business environments

- Have prior experience in Risk Modeling, Forecasting, Provisioning, or P&L/Balance Sheet Modeling

- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
