AVP - Logistics Head - eCommerce

Looking for a dynamic professional with a go getter attitude. While an MBA is must, that in Supply Chain Management is preferable but not a constraint.

Job Description:

- Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Logistics operations in line with organization's guidelines & policies

- Implement cost optimization principle in all aspects of logistics.

- In depth exposure on managing couriers at a pan India level

- Planning and monitoring the product packaging cost and solutions on last mile delivery.

- Planning and driving business expansion by expansion of pickup cities, product specific delivery solutions and COD expansion on pin codes for delivery.

- Audit & inspection of daily transactions, billing reports and Improvement & development of different processes

- Responsible for Net executed numbers and hence driving revenue.

- Responsible for cash collection from the customer and remittance back to company

- Responsible key customer metrics, like OND, reverse pickup efficiency, days to door

- Responsible for reconciliation and closure of shipments with vendors and warehouse

- Plan and conceptualize all IT projects related to logistics.

- Expert in negotiation and analytics.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi cultural environment, and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization

- Promote an efficient and effective logistics & supply chain management & processes

- Ability and exposure in handling large teams

Salary for the right candidate can go up to 35 to 40 lacs
