AVP - Lending Operations - FinTech

Role Objective:

This position will be responsible to lead Pan India Central Operations team (Loan disbursements & Repayments) for quality processing and will be based out of Delhi HQ. The role requires handling of end-to-end pre and post disbursement activities.

Some of the key elements that we intend the role to imbibe are as follows:

- Should possess good knowledge of KYC & AML Compliance

- Design, Monitor, implement, improve, and control processes for smooth disbursals & transaction processing.

- Define processes/SLA wherever required.

- Candidate should have rich experience in managing EMI presentations & strong understanding of CMS ecosystem.

- Should possess strong interaction & communication skills to manage internal & external stakeholders.

- Identifying need of automation & process improvement and drive the same within the unit.

- Handle both internal & external audits & ensure 100% compliance.

- Co-ordinate with stakeholders to support and manage the daily business operations.

- Escalation Management - Ensure closure of grievances at minimum TAT.

- Should have strong analytical & technical skills to define strategies.
