Youre the one were looking for if you:
- Provide ongoing support to the Privacy Office. Assist with follow ups stemming from monthly reporting related to Critical to Compliance (CTC) and Control additions, deletions, and updates. If changes occur coordinate with control owners pertaining to any needed reporting modifications.
- Coordinate with Control Owners for the Privacy Office to make adjustments necessary in eGRC
- Monitor monthly Privacy Office Control reporting with for changes month over month in key risk controls and escalate as necessary.
- Update and/or validate reporting as controls and/or control metrics change or are added. This may entail working with the Analytics Team and coordinating with Privacy related Control Owners.
- Assist with the confirmation of execution of governance of all Privacy Office Policies and Procedures.
- Monitor and/or validate issues with the Privacy Office that are submitted against Privacy Controls/CTCs pertaining to next steps and eGRC submissions.
- Continue to modify SOPs pertaining to Privacy Office, 1LOD, and 2LOD recommendations. Assist with mapping out remediation plans related to CTCs/Controls.
- Capture and maintain Privacy Council meeting minutes and assist with any needed follow ups.
- Maintain overall DPIA compliance pertaining to the OneTrust automation tool and any needed remediations
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's/Masters degree with minimum 7+ years of work experience, or in lieu of a degree 9+ years of work experience
- Minimum 5 years of extensive background in program management & facilitation.
- Demonstrated success in a team environment with proven track record of delivering results - Associates degree required

- Demonstrated process design and change management experience; Solid analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate needs/opportunities, with a strong work ethic, Strong computer skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
