AVP - Legal - IT/ITeS - LLB

- Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating various types of critical technology and software contracts.

- Advise group companies on Data Protection

- Provide legal support for mergers and acquisition transactions, strategic alliances, joint ventures etc.

- Drafting various policies of the group

- Assessing and evaluating legal risk

- Handling intellectual property portfolio of the Company

Requirement :

- LLB with minimum 15 years of experience in IT / ITES / FinTech sector
