AVP - Legal Entity Controllership - BFS

Looking out female candidates for one our client:

Responsibilities:

- Education - CA / CPA or MBA from a premier institute

- 12+ years of experience in finance, accounting, regulatory reporting in banking / financial services

- Exposure to International Accounting & Reporting Standards (US GAAP- s, FAS, IFRS)

- Sound understanding of various key regulations, including Capital Adequacy Reporting. LCR, single-borrower limits etc.

- Good knowledge of financial products (derivatives, swaps, interest, bonds, credit, etc.)

- Preparation of Regulatory Reporting returns

- Assist in implementing change management in the Finance area,

- Responsible for fulfilling the statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
