Job Description :

Associate (AVP Level)

As an Associate in Global Finance, you will be responsible for the following:

Roles & Responsibilities : Include specific functions/ tasks/ performance objectives

- The role is responsible for day to day management of financial information, delivery, integrity and control of the financial statements for UK LE's.

- Key responsibilities include month close activities, production of financial information and MIS Reporting functions.

- Financial Statement Integrity

US Regulatory & Financial Reporting :

- Capital Hedging

- Equity Pick up

- GLRS and Month end checks

- Reporting

- Reference Data

- Accrual booking

- Expenses Allocation

- Reporting and Analysis

- Excellent on maintaining & creating Client Relationship

Educational Qualifications : Chartered Accountant with good academics.

Experience : CA with 5-7 years post qualification experience or MBA with 6-8 years of experience coming from accounting / audit / finance / banking function

- Prior experience (2-4 years) in managing teams

- Strong accounting skills

- Good logical & analytical skills

- Focus on service delivery / client satisfaction

- Strong MS Office skills. Exposure to SAP will be an added advantage

- Good communication and influencing skills

- Problem Solving and Ability to take decisions independently

- Experience in managing multiple deliverables and a high pace workload

- Self starter, able to prioritize key tasks effectively
