Position: AVP Legal Counsel

Experience: 9+ years

Qualification: Minimum Qualification must be Full time LLB

Core Expertise: (Must Have skills)

End to end Contract Management

Mergers & Acquisitions

Compliance, Regulatory bodies, requirements

Knowledge & Exposure of Local Laws, Indian Laws pertaining to IT/ ITES industry

Knowledge on Intellectual Property (Preferred)

Pointers:

The incumbent should :

Have experience in M&A, contract Management, negotiation

Review and render legal advice on Client Agreements, from India law and compliance perspective

Advice project from regulatory perspective on services delivery.

Advice onshore on local law compliance, queries/questions,

Support collection licenses, provide legal support to various sub-vertical of DCN Tech such as India Delivery
Centre Contract Cell, Learning and Knowledge Team.

Provide India specific regulatory support to Global Offerings Team, support PMI for India on M&A as well as interacting with onshore legal counsels, local business teams and external counsels.

This role may also need to support various verticals of India Corporate Functions such as Procurement, Marcom, Controllership.

Other Delivery Centre works including projects.
