We are looking out for AVP - Legal Compliance - Banking firm in Chennai

The role involves -

- Role holder will ensure implementation of the Group's Compliance Risk Monitoring framework, including independent compliance risk assessment and monitoring.

- The role holder will provide support and advice to senior management to address local legal and regulatory issues and risks.

- Ensure effective implementation and adherence to legal policy, procedures and standards

- To ensure Legal and Compliance function is adequately and appropriately resourced

- Vetting and drafting of Legal agreements / contracts
