- Looking out for someone with degree in Law with experience of 9 to 12 years in Legal.

- Must - Degree in Law, Smart, talented, good communication skill, strong in Legal work and Should be localite (Mumbai).

Experience in:

- Excellent Litigation, Contract Management, Negotiation, Arbitration, corporate governance, coordinating with external lawyers, Companies Act 1956 & Companies Act 2013 and FEMA and RBI Regulations, Legal due diligence & Liaison and Risk & Insurance Management.
