AVP - Legal - BFSI

Please find below JD for AVP-Legal role

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Drafting, negotiating and finalizing technology and non technology contracts, including non-disclosure, software and hardware licenses, telecommunication services, professional services, technology escrow, market data, and data, content license agreements

2. Responding to and provide solutions to legal queries posed by the business teams in relation to vendor contractual relationships and breaches

3. Legal support on intercompany agreements, bank documentation, agreements for transfer pricing and other requirements

4. Legal support on matters pertaining to framing and implementing corporate governance frameworks and initiatives

5. Working in partnership with compliance in fulfilling the registration and licensing requirements from a regulatory perspective including STPI, SEZ, SEBI or RBI requirements.

6. Privacy and Information Security

7. Independently handling a team of people and completing projects

8. Knowledge of technology and outsourcing business will be a plus

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication

2. A minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in commercial contract negotiations
