Urgent Job Opportunity

Need : 5 -13Yrs

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Candidates should have the necessary knowledge and experience in financial services in India. Must be updated on the regulatory framework, particularly which is administered by SEBI, RBI and IRDA (FEMA would be an added advantage.)

- General Commercial Contracts: Drafting and vetting of NDA's, Distribution Agreements, Service Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, Sale Deeds,

- Resource Mobilization: NCD documentations, Loan Agreements, Lending Documents, Co-Lending agreements, Security documentation and transaction advisory beginning from term sheet to documentation, refinancing, etc.

- Experience in Litigation matters and Non-Litigation matters; Litigation : 30% & Non Litigation : 70%

Expected skill sets:

- Must be from Investment Management Business/ Broking Business (institutional and Retail)/ Portfolio Management Business or Investment Advisory Business

- Must have experience in Capital Markets

- Education - LLB (CS / B.Com would be and added qualification)
