AVP - Legal - Banking & Finance Sector 

Requirement :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking & Finance sector

- Managing legal documentation related to acquisition, restructuring of stressed financial assets.

- Handling legal issues related insolvency resolution

- Experience related to proceedings / procedures with respect to SARFAESI, DRT/DRAT, NCLT etc.

- Good command over legal drafting / documentation

Qualification :

- LLB ( 5 years integrated ) from Tier 1 Law School

- 10+ years of work experience in a Law firm or in Banking & Finance Sector

- Excellent communication skills
