- Hold forth in corporate human resources
- Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management
- Strong hold in specialized fields of HR Services - COE - Centre Of Excellence - Talent Acquisition / PMS - R&R / Learning & Development / Compensation & Benefits / Employer Branding / Corporate Communication - through HR technology
Senior Management Engagement :
- Design and execute specialized activities / initiatives
- Design career path for top 40 talents of the organization and develop retention strategies
Talent Management :
- Success Factor implementation / HR vendor management
- Proficient in handling HR Analytics
- Specialized in HR marketing / branding
- Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels
- Ensures managers have the right HR information to make business decisions
- Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives
- Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives
Skills :
- High technology experience is a must
- Strong Organizational Design and Development experience
- A strong background in leading organizations through transformational change and large scale initiatives
