About our Client: Our client is a leading IT consulting global professional services firm with a worldwide presence in more than 50 countries. They are looking for a L&D and Organization Development Lead to be based out of their office in Hyderabad
Job Description: As the Vice President Learning & Development & Organization Development, with a team of 5 reportees, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategically design learning & development and organizational development initiatives for the organization
- Senior stakeholder management across clusters and geographies in a technical IT set-up
- Drive and implement training strategy and roll out learning solutions
- Create and deploy tools / frameworks to drive effective implementation of learning modules
- Design talent management,succession planning and career framework for high potential employees
- Manage the department training budget (demand vs cost allocation, adaptation of changes, final reporting)
- Analyse and actively respond to internal/external benchmarks, diagnostics and performance feedbacks
The Successful Candidate:
- The successful candidate must carry 12+ years of experience in learning and development and organization development.
- Qualitative exposure in highly matrixed environment is required along with a proven track record of senior stakeholder management.
- Experience in a shared services setup is preferred. Influencing skills and planning skills are of high importance.
