- Conceptualize, Lead and Provide support to Learning and Development initiative for the Site
- Understand explicit and implicit learning needs for business and provide comprehensive end to end learning solutions.
- Liaise with business work stream to drive Learning initiatives for the business.
- Hands on execution on site wide Program Management for various development initiatives with regular calendar programs
- Independently manage site wide learning communication
- Support HR Partners on Organizational Development activities land organizational building activities
- MIS and Reporting of Learning metrics and liaise with central L&D team for timely collation and updation
Experience:
- 5-8 years in Human Resources domain with 3 years or more of L&D
- Exposure to IT/ BPM/Analytics or R&D industry will be a plus
