Looking for an AVP - L&OD for a leading MNC Bank. The person will be stationed out of Kuala Lumpur.
Experience required for the role is 10-15 years in Learning and development/ Talent Development.
The job holder will be required to lead and direct a team of Learning Specialists responsible for delivering solutions aligned to the business requirements.
The job holder will work closely with his peers, line manager and other key stakeholders at a strategic and operational level to achieve the objectives.
The job holder is required to:
- Ensure that the learning and development needs for Centre are met within the prescribed time, budget and within the parameters of the deliverables.
- Ensure the deployment of the necessary learning strategies and plans in line with GR/ GLT Learning Strategy and Group guidelines and requirements.
- To be receptive to change, possess business sense, a broad view and a high degree of imagination as well as always seek ways to improve the competitiveness of the GR/GLT Learning function.
- Always be mentally and practically prepared - to work beyond the existing boundaries for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the GSC and centrally-driven initiatives.
