Total experience of 12-15 years, 5+ Years of experience in Pre-Sales & Practice
Primary responsibility is to lead deals and client pursuits (RFPs / RFIs / Proactive proposals); and construct new point solutions in BFS domain
Fully support Sales Teams in the entire deal cycle right from defining proactive proposals to responding to RFIs RFPs.
Lead proposals in areas such as: ADM services; IT Transformation, IT portfolio assessment, IT Modernization, QA / Testing, IT managed services, etc.
Work across Onsite Sales and Solutions team, and offshore Delivery / Solutions team across service lines
Be part of assessment teams as required to conduct due diligence on client site
Define winning customer solutions and proposition that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Coordinate with other horizontals practice teams to effectively build winning proposals and craft a winning message for customers
Develop and deliver proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Co-ordinate with global delivery team on a day to day basis
Ability to pitch in for technical assessment and carry our current state assessment
Exposed to working with Marketing function to drive campaigns, collateral development
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications/Requirements--
B.Tech, MBA
Strong experience in banking domain, and been part of Banking & Financial Services practice
Extensive experience in collaborating with horizontal IT and Digital practices, in responding to RFPs, build propositions and developing integrated solutions
Strong domain experience in 1-2 areas : Retail Banking, Wholesale banking, Wealth management, Mortgage, Risk & Compliance, Finance
Worked on large deals in the Banking vertical, leading discussions, holding workshops.
Ability to present a winning proposition to the client
Prior experience in delivery and client interaction
Experienced with pursuits that start with Assessments / Consulting and grow into larger engagements
Onsite client engagement experience
Been part of developing and growing BFS practice.
Been part of IT Advisory / Consulting / Transformation assignment in Financial Services clients
Certifications in banking domain (such as Risk, Mortgage, Finance, Consumer Banking, etc.) are desirable
Exposure to banking platforms in Core Banking, Lending, Cards and Wholesale Banking
