AVP and Lead - HRBP
- Leadership Development: Identify leadership gaps, design leadership development programs, and coach leaders to enhance their effectiveness.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to ensure employee growth and productivity.
- Organizational Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategies for organizational growth, change management, and cultural transformation.
- Learning and Development: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting a learning culture.
- Succession Planning: Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare future leaders within the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in a startup is also preferred
