AVP-Lead Generation
Lead Traffic Generation
Reporting to-Head, Digital Marketing & Channels
This role is responsible for acquiring and driving an optimized traffic mix to jio.com and other company's web/ digital domains. The result of the work directly affects the commercial success of the digital unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Traffic & Lead Generation:
- Lead the online advertising and traffic acquisition function as chief innovator.
- Build a traffic & lead generation plan that support the business goals on ecommerce and ecare.
- Optimize the traffic mix in terms of spend and effectiveness (ROI, conversion rate, CLTV)
- Optimize our digital contact management strategy with prospects and customers
- Manage, recruit and develop a team of lead generation professionals.
- Implement world-class systems and processes for online media buy-in (eg programmatic buying)
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate in any specialization
- Masters in Business Administration in Marketing, from a premier institute
Years of Experience 8+ years
Candidates having work-ex with:
- Online Retailers (Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal)
- Digital Banking
- Online Travel Portals
- Specialized Consultancy
- Should have handled a large team
- Proven success at building a sustainable, large scale, traffic acquisition function within the digital marketing space
Knowledge & Skills (Indicate which criteria are mandatory):
- At least one (5) years of hands-on digital marketing experience and (3) years of experience leading digital marketing teams
- Experience as a leader of the digital marketing function within a high-growth consumer facing organization
- Demonstrated success as the principal driver of effective performance marketing campaigns including traffic generation, landing page and conversion funnel development and back end optimization analytics
- Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and full command of PPC, SEO, social, display and affiliate advertising channels
- Comfort operating both at the C-Level but also delivering individual results in a lean culture
- Successful track record of superior new business creation and customer acquisition
