With continued expansion of their India-based Global Operations Hub, they’re keen to recruit seasoned professional as AVP to lead their Client on boarding team.

Job Description

- You would be responsible to lead operations teams for timely, complete and correct processing of transactions.

- You would also partner with the CRM and Business Development Management (BDM) functions to ensure operational delivery across product and business lines - preferably against agreed SLAs, KRIs and/or KPIs.

- Develop, suggest and implement risk mitigation or control solutions within own area of responsibility. Ensure that the processes are in-line with all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirement of the regulators. You would have overall delivery and implementation responsibility within India and work with various stakeholders to implement different KYC strategies.

The Successful Applicant

- You should be a Graduate with excellent academic records, with total relevant experience of at least 10 years.

- You should at least have 8 years experience as a people manager. You must possess comprehensive understanding of the retail banking products and services like KYC/AML, client on boarding, static data updates and cash processes.Experience of working in a matrix environment, and being accustomed to bridging the gap between disparate organizations and cultures is an added advantage.
