With continued expansion of their India-based Global Operations Hub, they're keen to recruit seasoned professional as AVP to lead their Client on boarding team based out Jaipur.

Job Description - Reporting to the VP-KYC/Client On Boarding, you will have to:

- Look into end to end KYC/Client On Boarding processes and manage the governance of the entire KYC team

- Monitoring service delivery and compliance to SLAs.

- Look into identification, mitigation of operational risks and closely liaise with operational risk team for developing strategies for minimizing risks in processes.

- Conduct reviews and monitor team's performance on a periodic basis

- You would have overall delivery and implementation responsibility within India and work with various stakeholders to implement different KYC strategies

The Successful Candidate - You should be a Graduate/MBA with excellent academic records, with total relevant experience of at least 10 years. You should at least have 8 years experience as a people manager. You must possess comprehensive understanding of the retail banking products and services like KYC/AML, client on boarding, static data updates. Experience of working in a matrix environment, and being accustomed to bridging the gap between disparate organizations and cultures is an added advantage.
