AVP - IT/Technical Recruitments

We are currently looking for a AVP Level position in recruitments based at Delhi/NCR with a leading organisation

Required experience of 10 -15 yrs with full time MBA in recruitment for IT Division

Role involves:

- Handling recruitment for IT divison & provide comprehensive HR recruitment/ hiring needs support. - ---

- Develop, drive and implement the Recruitment strategy for Information Technology & Shared Services vertical including, recruitment; selection; and operations.

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client & Sourcing Lead for partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility

- Generates best practices and provide new and innovative solutions to complex problems e.g. quality of talent; specialized & niche roles hiring strategy
