AVP - IT Project Manager - Scrum Master - Bank - Women only

Qualifications:

- Degree

- 8+ years of experience in delivering projects in an Agile manner or equivalent

- Successful track record of enabling Agile teams with predictable commitment and delivery

- Preferably CSM/PMI certified

- Exposure to the banking or finance function domain is preferred

- Ability to thrive in an environment with a high degree of change

- Exposure to Project management / tracking tools / Agile processes / JIRA is a must

- Strong people management skills

- Ability to interact, influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization

- Ability to convey complex messages with simplicity to a broad and diverse, multi-level audience

- Ability to find solutions to complex problems through critical thinking, engagement and collaboration

- Strong knowledge of Scrum Management, Sprint and Release planning

- Advanced understanding of and experience with Software Development Life Cycle

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Mandatory to have: Scrum Master & Project Management experience with Agile
