Role Summery :

- ITIL Incident Manager is responsible for managing the Incident Handling processes in accordance to ITIL best practices.

- Focused on core IT Service Management / ITIL functions ensuring proper service level management.

- ITIL Incident Manager ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all incidents in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon service quality and consequently identifies opportuniti

Skills Required :

- MBA/MCA/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ BTech or equivalent experience.

- Around 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in Project Management and/or Incident Management experience.

- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v3

- Proven communication skills with multiple level of organization

- Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/ competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
