Role Summary/Purpose :
- Brings IT innovations to improve application sourcing risk management process.
- Responsible for establishing and executing a vision for the delivery of information and analytics platforms and solutions to the business key stakeholders, particularly Risk and Sales leaders.
- Collaborates with the Sales and Risk Leader to interpret the business process context and to understand the functional requirements and translate them into IT requirement.
- Work with business leaders (Sales and Risk) to discover new opportunities to optimize the application sourcing through analytics and statistical modeling.
- Work with business owners to identify information needs and deliver a highly available and optimized reporting platform for Sales.
- Work with Sales leader to develop KPI dashboards.
- Implement a data driven application sourcing model for the organization.
- Brings technology innovations for sourcing channels e.g. improve sourcing via Web and Mobile Channel.
- Explore the opportunity to implement IT innovations in the Originations process and reduce the Cost of Acquisition and Time to Card.
Qualification and Experience :
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent , preferably MBA
- A minimum of 10 years of experience Credit Card Risk Management and in the Business Intelligence area during which both professional and management capabilities have been clearly demonstrated.
- Experience in BFSI and Credit Card Originations domain is preferred.
Technical Skill :
- Extensive experience in industry standard credit scoring tool such as Experian Decision Analytics.
- Experience in handing Industry standard business rule engine.
- Extensive experience in industry standard BI tools.
- Extensive expertise in data modeling, both logical and physical
- Experience in and understanding of a wide variety of analytical processes
- Full system development life cycle hands-on experience: analysis, designing, coding, testing, performance tuning and documentation
Business Skill :
- Extensive experience interacting with C-level executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to complete projects and achieve results in a challenging work environment.
- Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develops and execute strategies, and track and measure results.
- Proven strong negotiating and consensus building abilities.
- Proven skills to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations.
