AVP - IT Co-ordination & Processes - BFSI

Role Summary :

- To identify and converge the IT requirements across functions and interface with the IT department for planning, execution and roll out.

- Evolving IT processes and solutions in conjunction with IT and monitoring key IT processes and metrics

- Identifying potential IT requirements for new / existing business products and services

- Coordinating with IT for roll out of new requirements and system changes

- Evolving solutions for business initiatives in coordination with IT

- Planning and steering the implementation of key IT Projects

- Reviewing performance of various IT solutions provided for the business

Qualifications/Requirements

- Graduation / Post Graduation in Engineering (IT, Systems, Computers) with 10 Years experience

- Proven experience in managing IT processes & systems with project management & transitioning experience

- Experience in system & vendor evaluation and finalization

- Exposure to banking and financial services domains preferable
