AVP - IT
Required :
- IT professional with 15+ years of experience
- Knowledge of BPO driven IT is must
- Experience on Network, Telecom setup in large enterprise, BPO, Call center etc is a must
- Call Center Technology like WFM, Dialer, PBX, call recording etc will be added advantage
- Experience of Dialing technology like Aspect, Avaya, Genesys etc-
- Experience of working on Cisco and Avaya products
- Experience in handling multi domain infrastructure projects across the globe
- Information Security - experience in handling PCI, ISO27001, HIPAA and customer audits
- Must have done customer facing IT account management for at least 5 years
Key Responsibilities :
- IT Operations management
- Reporting of IT dashboard internally & to customer
- Infrastructure Change owner across G sites for client
- Manage & lead customer & external audits
- Plan & execute on projects related to
- New technology enhancement
- Business transitions
- Ramp ups
- Site expansion / ramp down etc
