AVP - Investor Relation

We are looking for AVP Investor Relation for our Global Prestegioual Investment Banking client in Mumbai.

Working Hours : EMEA Only Starting 1 PM Afternoon

We are looking for Investor Relation Person for below two asset class :

1. Multi Asset class Product

2. Alternative Asset ( Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Real Estate)

Responsibilities :

- Educate Advisor about Fund Strategies and also respond on Global inquires via multiple channel(e-mail, phone, instant messenger)

- Closely working with Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Office for Portfolio Commentary

- Work with senior team members to develop and help drive initiatives aimed at improving the advisor/client experience (both internal & external), including increasing the efficiency of information flow and communication channels between different areas of the business

- Oversee quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy for content created by the team

- Assist in developing and updating presentations and marketing materials for clients and internal meetings

- Liaise with internal stakeholders (due diligence, finance, compliance, business management, etc.) on a variety of initiatives, including regulatory, technology, etc.

- Handling Advisor and Client needs (inbox management, questions, reporting needs, corporate actions, etc.)Work on time-sensitive ad-hoc analysis and projects

Candidate Profile :

- Desired Candidate must be from Investor Relation or Investment Management background with have prior experience in asset class products ( Equity, Fixed Income, Hedge Fund etc)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe PDF
