- At least 10 to 15 years of experience as a Portfolio Manager or Equity Specialist with a strong performance track record.

- Comprehensive knowledge of various investment portfolios.

- To ensure liquidity in the portfolio

- Investment of funds in markets

- To identify new investment opportunities both in debt, equity, and alternate products, both in primary and secondary markets and submit proposals for investment.

- Explore the investments into overseas markets, verify for the compliances under FEMA and suggest options for investment.

- Keep tracking IPO issues, review the issues, and submit proposals for investment. To use the IPO funding facility.

- Risk assessment of NBFC entities ; Acting as Risk Manager - Verify for the compliances under RBI regulations
