AVP - Investment Banking - Real Estate

Looking for a position in Investment Banking (Real Estate) in Mumbai. This vacancy is for candidates who have prior experience of executing mandates in Real Estate.

Job Description: The candidate will be expected to:

- Originate, due diligence, structuring and execution of deals

- Client and Investor relationship management, negotiation, documentation and closure.

- Establishing strong relations with Promoters / Management of Corporates

- Excellent hands on experience in Equity Market (Private Equity & Capital Market), Risk Assessment, Cash Flow Modeling and Business Valuations, Budget development and management.

Candidate Requirement:

Looking out for candidate with minimum 4 years in Real Estate - Investment Banking space, MBA finance or CA
