Job Description:

- Manage a team of brokerage operations professionals in the organization involved in Account Management,
Reference Data Management and Credit Services

- Process transition – planning and implementation

- Handle and contribute effectively to Post transition delivery activities (BAU)

- Handling escalations

- SLA management

- Recruitment, capacity planning and resource utilization

- Goal setting and performance measurement

- Audit liaison

- Scorecards and metrics

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 11-14 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations (preferably in US brokerage operations) with a multinational Investment Bank

- Experience in the US capital markets
