AVP - Investment Banking - Front End

- Our client offers a comprehensive range of investment banking and corporate advisory services, providing tailored solutions to meet diverse financial needs. In recent years, they have successfully raised a deal volume exceeding INR 1 lakh crore across 20+ sectors.

- The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in Investment Banking, with a proven track record of closing transactions in areas such as Equity Capital Markets, Private Equity/Venture Capital, and M&A advisory.

- The candidate must be confident, professional, and adept at engaging with founders and C-suite executives from client teams.

- The role requires the candidate to lead transactions, focusing on transaction execution independently. Key responsibilities include conducting industry and company research, performing valuation analysis, preparing information memorandums or similar marketing documents, developing detailed financial models, negotiating terms, interacting with various intermediaries, managing the due diligence process, and overseeing transaction closing documentation.

- The candidate should ideally hold an MBA or CA qualification.

- A preferred candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant work experience in investment banking & ECM.
