Job Role

- Monitoring Specialist provides technical assistance in: general program monitoring and evaluation; use of a Web-based management information system; developing indicators for monitoring government program performance; developing and maintaining the Performance Management Plan and project-level monitoring and evaluation plans; supporting monitoring project design; producing annual reports on project performance; and supporting to learn from and make decisions based on monitoring and evaluation data. Evaluation of business models, resolution plans etc.

Project Lead as part of Monitoring and Consulting practice.

Project: Monitoring Government funds under bid requirements.

- Monitoring deployment and end use.

- Monitoring compliance with NBFC guidelines and prudential norms.

- Reporting to Ministry.

- Work with IT for creating of reporting platform.

- Business model.

- Evaluation of insolvency resolution proposals.

- Cash flow management.

- Insolvency professional.

- For a person to be able to carry out above activities:

- Financial audit experience with NBFCS and banks and prior project management and reporting experience of at least 10 years. Big 4 experience would be useful.

Key Aspects of the job :

- Should be able to built monitoring business by engaging with targeted clients on PAN India basis.

- Should be able to prepare operational framework for compliance, field assessments, monitoring and reporting of the flow and utilization of funds, performance of Government schemes by various implementing agencies towards charter or fund objective or investment management agreement.

- Should be able to provide constructive feedback and analytical inputs on reports generated by monitoring operations.

- Prepare SOP for monitoring and reporting activities in discussion with fund/ central/ state agencies and implementing agencies for Monitoring end-use of funds loaned / investments out by central/ state agencies to various implementing agencies and development programmes through on-site and off-site inspections of records on a random sample basis.

- Knowledge management: Collect or compile of success stories, good practices and case studies of preparedness, DRR and disaster response projects.

- Managing team.

- Integrating technology for ease of information flow, Insolvency professional services, cash flow management, financial modelling resolution plan.
